Easy & Understandable
We lay out plans and execution schedules that make sense. We recognize the "service"
aspect of our role.
MCR helps make class action claims recovery more manageable. While claims and data preparation can seem overly complex at first, we’ve got a team to help get information organized and ready for a successful recovery. We’ve laid out some of the processes to help provide a basic road map for how claims are managed.

Identification, Monitoring & Reporting
Technology is integral to our process – we use a proprietary monitoring application to audit all existing claims and match eligibility components. Successful recovery and fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities begins with effective eligibility identification.
Understanding Settlements
Understanding settlements is the first step to optimizing recovery. We provide a complete review of term and dynamics that will impact your decision on what action is right for your company.
Preparing Data
Not all of our clients maintain the requisite data and documentation for every possible claim. No problem. Our team will locate third party sources for our clients’ required data and historical documentation. If this option is not available, we will identify the most efficient way to reproduce the data. Should the data not be available, we will construct acceptable alternatives and negotiate their acceptance with the Claims Administrator or the Court.
Deciding on Options
We help outline available options and project reasonable outcomes. This is a composite of analysis, accrued experience and understanding client’s long and short-term goals. There is almost always more than one alternative.
We manage claims from beginning until the end and provide progress reporting as needed. We make sure deadlines are met, disbursements are made and that our clients get the recovery they are due on time. We believe that the last mile of the claims process is significant and use a structured process to audit and confirm outcomes.
